Hi, I’m TARA PEPPER.
My name is Tara Pepper. I grew up in Austin, Tx, and absolutely love this city! I originally went to school for business administration, but a little voice inside always told me I needed to pursue my real dream and get into the hair industry. So I enrolled myself in cosmetology school and graduated from Paul Mitchell The School of Austin in 2017. I have such a love for this industry and feel so blessed that I get to wake up every morning and do what I love.
I love keeping up to date with all the newest hair trends, so taking classes to expand my knowledge with new techniques is always a priority for me. I specialize in blondes, balayage and, dimensional color. My mission is always to make my clients feel beautiful and having them leave with a smile on their faces. To me, it's more than just hair; it's giving my client an experience!
Besides hair, I love my family and friends, and spending time with them is very important to me. In my spare time, I love watching horror movies, trying new foods as well as getting any sort of trip in with my husband! I look forward to experiencing the rest of this journey with ya'll and seeing you in my chair!
Hi, I’m Ashley Sinclair
As a native Austinite, I am so excited to grow into this new career in my hometown!
After about 8 years of working in healthcare, I decided to pursue my longtime passion and graduated from Avenue Five Institute in 2023. Although my careers may look a bit different from one another,
caring for others has always been important to me and I am excited to now be able to serve in the hair industry. My mission is to make all my clients feel safe, beautiful and cared for while in my chair.
When not with clients, you can find me growing my skills with continued education and assisting the talented Tara!
Outside of the salon, I enjoy being outdoors with my 2 rescue pups, hanging with family and
friends, and of course catching all things sports related when it comes to the Longhorns!
